AC-HVAC Technician

🔧 Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The candidate should have hands-on experience with split ACs, window ACs, and central cooling systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  Install new air conditioning systems (split, window, central, ductable units)

  Perform routine maintenance and servicing of AC units

  Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems

  Refill refrigerants, clean filters, check gas pressure, and replace faulty components

  Ensure systems comply with safety and environmental regulations

  Maintain records of repairs and maintenance schedules

  Coordinate with customers and complete work within deadlines

  Follow company protocols and safety guidelines during site work

🔹 Requirements:

  ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field

  1–3 years of experience in AC installation and servicing

  Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and HVAC controls

  Ability to read technical diagrams and user manuals

  Good physical condition and ability to work in outdoor or elevated environments

  Customer-oriented with good communication skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:

  Experience in VRF/VRV systems, chiller units, or HVAC systems

  Valid two-wheeler license (preferred for field service roles)

  Basic tools and safety gear management
