Job Description
Position: AC Technician
Department: Operations / Maintenance
Location: Hyderabad
Company: Techxpert Facilities India Private Limited
We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge of HVAC systems and be capable of handling preventive and breakdown maintenance activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, and Package Units.
- Diagnosis and rectification of faults in air conditioning systems.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Gas charging, leak detection, and compressor-related repairs.
- Inspection and maintenance of electrical components, thermostats, and control panels.
- Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring optimum functioning.
- Attending breakdown complaints and resolving issues within the stipulated time.
- Maintaining service reports and job completion records.
- Following all safety standards and company procedures during maintenance activities.
- Coordinating with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules and service requirements.
- Required QualificationsITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or relevant trade.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
