Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Accountant Cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with general office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, MS Office, GST, and TDS, and the ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced industrial environment.


  • Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
  • Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and filing
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
  • Generate invoices, purchase entries, and expense tracking
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support
  • Office Administration:Manage office documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Handle basic HR/admin coordination (attendance, records, etc.)
  • Maintain records of invoices, dispatch documents, and compliance papers
  • Support management with reports and MIS preparation
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Tally ERP
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good understanding of GST & TDS compliance
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
