Job Description – Accounts / Sales Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of invoices based on Delivery Order (DO) and payment confirmation
• Verification of genuineness of DO and payments before invoice generation
• Ensure worksheet preparation and approval by DSM / Accounts Manager
• Creation of Temporary Registration (TR) and coordination for timely insurance processing
• Preparation and sharing of daily retail reports (SAP & Tally) with the concerned team
• Maintaining accurate and updated records in SAP and Tally systems
• Handling end-to-end documentation for customer files including:
• PAN, Aadhar, GST details
• DO, Invoice, Insurance, TR, Worksheet
• Customer declaration, refund documents, agreements
• TP/BB invoices and approvals
• Ensuring 100% accountability and completeness of all files
• Weekly reporting to Accounts Manager on:
• Pending customer documents
• Short payments or discrepancies
• Daily updates in Tally based on:
• Invoicing
• Sales transactions
• Bank payments
• Margin money receipts
• Preparation of monthly reports including:
• Financier-wise sales data
• ROI calculations for each case
• Finance amount calculations as per DO
