Job Description


  1. Coordination & Communication – Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Data Management – Maintain accurate records, update Google Sheets and Excel trackers, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.
  3. Follow-ups & Task Tracking – Coordinate with multiple people to track task progress, collect updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Administrative Support – Assist in organizing information, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling routine operational tasks.
  5. Learning & Process Improvement – Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
