Job Description
- Key Responsibilities – Reasoning & Aptitude Content Developer: Develop and design high-quality Reasoning and Aptitude content for students and competitive exam aspirants.
- Prepare comprehensive study materials, notes, worksheets, and practice exercises.
- Create topic-wise question banks with detailed solutions and explanations.
- Develop mock tests, assessments, quizzes, and evaluation papers.
- Research and update content based on the latest exam patterns and syllabus.
- Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and teaching resources for classroom and online training.
- Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve course content.
- Review, edit, and update existing content regularly.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining content quality and consistency.
- Support curriculum development for various aptitude and reasoning modules.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Ability.
- Excellent content writing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create original and plagiarism-free educational content.
- Strong analytical and proofreading skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
