Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
✅ Manage daily Bar & Restaurant operations smoothly
✅ Drive F&B sales and achieve revenue targets
✅ Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
✅ Handle team scheduling, training & performance monitoring
✅ Control food & beverage cost and minimize wastage
✅ Monitor inventory, stock ordering & consumption
✅ Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for execution
✅ Increase guest engagement through offers and upselling
✅ Maintain hygiene, SOP and compliance standards
✅ Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations
✅ Support corporate events, birthday parties & group bookings
✅ Prepare daily sales and operational reports
