Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by generating high-quality leads, acquiring new clients, and closing deals for our software development services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT/software sales and a strong ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references)
- Identify new business opportunities and bring in software development projects
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and successfully close deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Preferred SkillsExperience in handling domestic and international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and software technologies
- Experience in B2B sales
