Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain services/products clearly and effectively
• Convert incoming leads into successful sales
• Maintain proper follow-ups with interested prospects
• Record and update customer details in the system
• Submit daily reports and updates to the manager
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
