Job Description
Role PurposeGuide graduates and postgraduates towards banking careers by counselling them on IPB's banking programs, career opportunities, placement support, and admissions. IPB focuses on preparing candidates for retail banking careers and placements in private sector banks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCareer CounsellingCounsel graduates regarding careers in banking and financial services.
- Explain banking industry opportunities and career growth paths.
- Assess candidate suitability for banking roles.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions.
- AdmissionsConvert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, training process, and placement support.
- Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads.
- Maintain admission records and CRM updates.
- Lead ManagementFollow up on leads generated through:
- Digital marketing
- Social media campaigns
- Referrals
- Educational seminars
- Campus drives
- Walk-ins
- Placement CoordinationSupport students with interview preparation.
- Coordinate placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Track student progress and placement status.
- Outreach ActivitiesConduct college visits and awareness sessions.
