Collection Associate

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Tele-caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
• Remind customers about overdue payments and pending dues.
• Explain outstanding balances and payment options clearly.
• Negotiate payment commitments as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
• Update collection reports and CRM systems regularly.
• Resolve customer queries related to payments and settlements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge, Excel and data entry skills.
• Fluency in Telugu ( preferred ), basic Hindi, and English.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) completed.
• Freshers ( preferred ) and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.
