Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Executive to support business operations by conducting field visits, meeting clients/customers, collecting information, coordinating services, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, local area knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers, clients, vendors, or partner locations as assigned.
- Collect, verify, and submit required documents and information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, payments, or service requests.
- Provide regular updates and reports on field activities to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve assigned targets and performance metrics.
