Job Description
The Role We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive. You will help customers find the perfect used device, bust myths about pre-owned tech, and create sleek marketing content to drive store traffic.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Experience:
- Showcase Value: Give interactive demos of pre-owned MacBooks and iPhones, highlighting their condition and performance.
- Consultative Selling: Help customers find the right device for their budget and needs, confidently explaining the value of buying used.
- Store Presentation: Keep the showroom and digital kiosks looking pristine, clean, and minimalist.
Marketing & Growth:
- Create Content: Take sharp, high-quality photos and videos of our current inventory for social media (Instagram, Facebook).
- Promote Quality: Create marketing campaigns that highlight our quality checks, warranty, and great pricing.
- Local Outreach: Run local promotions and trade-in campaigns to bring in new buyers and sellers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Trust Builder: Friendly, honest, and great at helping customers feel confident buying pre-owned tech.
- Eye for Design: Loves clean, minimalist aesthetics.
- Content Creator: Comfortable making quick, sharp social media posts to feature our latest arrivals.
