Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our training programs, generate leads, increase student admissions, and enhance the brand presence of SJCS Technologies through both online and offline marketing activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingManage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create and publish engaging content, posters, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
- Support website updates and SEO activities.
- Lead Generation & Admissions SupportGenerate quality leads for training and internship programs.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling team for lead follow-up.
- Assist in converting inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
- Branding & PromotionPromote SJCS Technologies through online and offline channels.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, webinars, and demo sessions.
- Build brand awareness among students, colleges, and professionals.
- Collect and publish student testimonials and success stories.
- College & Corporate OutreachDevelop relationships with colleges for workshops and training programs.
- Coordinate campus drives, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
- Identify partnership opportunities with organizations and institutions.
- Market ResearchAnalyze competitors' marketing activities.
- Identify market trends and student requirements.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve admissions and brand visibility.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Lead generation and marketing campaign management.
- MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- QualificationBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers with strong marketing skills may apply.
