Job Title: Team Leader – Debt Recovery (Telecalling)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers focused on debt recovery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recovery processes, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining compliance and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers handling overdue accounts
• Allocate daily calling targets and monitor performance metrics (PTP, conversion, follow-ups)
• Ensure adherence to recovery scripts, compliance norms, and ethical standards
• Handle escalated customer interactions and negotiate repayment plans
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with field recovery teams and legal departments for high-risk cases
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share insights with management
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and morale within the team

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or telecalling
• Proven team management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems
• Strong communication in English and regional languages
• Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets
