Collection Telecaller Job Description

A Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. The role involves negotiating repayment plans, resolving payment-related issues, updating customer records, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
