Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery.


  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions
  • Negotiate payment plans when required
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to payments
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
  • Escalate critical cases to the supervisor when needed
