Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update candidate details in the system.
  • Maintain records from application entry to exit stage.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required.
  • Track candidate progress and update status regularly.
  • Upload and manage documents in the application portal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data updates.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of candidate information.
  • Generate basic reports using MS Excel or system tools.

Required Skills

  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
