• Mandatory RequirementsCandidate must have their own Laptop/Desktop Computer with a stable internet connection for screen sharing and software demos.
• The Laptop/PC must be in good working condition and capable of running AnyDesk, Google Meet, Zoom and screen sharing smoothly.
• The Laptop/PC must have a properly working microphone, speaker and webcam (or external webcam/microphone if required) so that customers can clearly hear and communicate during live demos.
• Candidates without a Laptop/PC or with faulty microphone, speaker or internet issues should NOT apply.
• We are looking for a reliable, honest, trustworthy and committed long-term team member.
• Immediate joining is mandatory. Candidates who can join today or tomorrow will be preferred.
• Candidates planning to join after a few days or weeks should NOT apply.

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Software Demo Executive for Medexra Rx Pharmacy Software.

The candidate's main responsibility will be to give online software demonstrations to interested pharmacy and medical store owners through AnyDesk, Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp Video Call.

This is NOT a coding, software development, web development or app development job.

Your WorkThe company will provide you with interested customer leads.

You will receive 10–15 interested customer phone numbers from the company.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Call the interested customer.
• Schedule the demo according to the customer's convenient time.
• Give the software demo through screen sharing or video call.
• Explain software features in simple Hindi/Marathi.
• Show billing, stock management, purchase, expiry alerts, customer due, reports, barcode billing and WhatsApp invoice features.
• Answer customer questions professionally.
• Guide customers regarding plans and payment process.
• Follow up after the demo if required.
• Coordinate with the owner/team for final deal closing.

You are NOT required to find customers or do random cold calling.

Complete software training and demo script will be provided by the company.

• RequirementsGood Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Marathi communication is preferred.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Confidence to speak with customers through calls and screen sharing.
• Freshers may apply if they are confident and willing to learn.
• Previous telecalling, customer support, software demo or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Salary & Performance IncentiveFixed Salary: ₹7,000 per month

Performance incentive will be applicable only after achieving the monthly target decided by the company.

Currently, incentive eligibility requires 50 or more successful demo/follow-up activities or paid customer conversions in a calendar month.

If the required monthly target is not achieved, no performance incentive will be payable.
