Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or sales software.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
