Job Summary

We are looking for a Coordinator to manage daily operations, ensure smooth communication, and support team activities. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion
• Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in planning and executing projects or activities
• Handle administrative and operational support tasks
• Track progress and report updates to management

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a coordination or administrative role
• Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills
