Customer Care Executive

Collection TelecallerA Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting individuals or businesses with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment plans and secure timely payments. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact customers regarding overdue payments through calls and follow-ups.
• Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely debt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Handle customer queries and disputes professionally.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with collection procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with field executives when necessary for payment recovery.
• Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
• Prior experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month
