Resolve customer complaints regarding internet and billing issues.

Convince customers to continue services and reduce disconnections.

Explain company plans, offers, and benefits to customers.

Coordinate with technical and billing teams for issue resolution.

Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets.

Achieve monthly retention and customer satisfaction targets.
