Customer Support — Orders & Deliveries — Team Gladiators Co.
About the Company
Team Gladiators Co. is a fast-growing retail and distribution company focused on natural health and wellness products across India. We operate through retail outlets, tele-sales, and digital marketing channels to serve a wide customer base. We collaborate with Wellwith, a premium direct-to-consumer wellness brand offering Himalayan sea buckthorn–based products.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves managing post-order customer support, tracking and updating order and delivery status, coordinating with the sales and logistics teams, and resolving issues related to damaged products, RTO (Return to Origin), delayed or failed orders, and re-dispatch of replacement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Track customer orders end-to-end and proactively update customers on order and delivery status
- Coordinate with the sales team to obtain updates on order processing and delivery progress
- Handle and resolve cases involving damaged products, including coordinating re-dispatch of replacement products with customers
- Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Monitor delayed and failed orders, follow up with internal teams for resolution, and keep customers informed throughout
- Maintain and update order, delivery, and customer interaction records in the CRM system
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing order and delivery-related queries with accurate information
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and satisfactory post-order experience for every customer
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age of 18 years, in accordance with applicable labour laws
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline
- 12 months of experience in customer support, order management, or logistics coordination preferred; basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred
- Patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling customer queries and follow-ups professionally
Work Details
- Location: Hyderabad, Begumpet, Prakash Nagar
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹14,000/- per month In-Hand
