Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Assist customers with internet service-related queries and complaints.

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and renewals.

Promote and sell internet plans and value-added services.

Convince existing customers to upgrade their internet plans.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.

Achieve telesales and customer retention targets.
