Job Description: Quality Thought is hiring a Marketing Executive to promote our training programs and career services. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential candidates, explain our courses and placement support, and encourage them to visit our institute for counselling and enrollment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field marketing activities to generate candidate leads.
• Meet students, graduates, and job seekers in colleges, educational institutions, and public locations.
• Explain Quality Thought's training programs, certifications, and placement assistance services.
• Convince interested candidates to visit the institute for career counselling.
• Maintain relationships with students and educational partners.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and candidate visit targets.
• Provide regular updates on field activities and candidate responses.

• Requirements:
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Qualification:
• Intermediate, Degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
