Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Supervise and guide junior support executives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and service quality.
- Monitor response times and ensure SLA compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Train new team members on customer service standards.
- Suggest improvements in support processes and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or customer service.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and ticketing systems.
