Job Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in students and enquiries at the center

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and admissions

• Maintain and update leads and enquiry data in Excel / system

• Perform regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Manage daily sales reporting and enquiry tracking

• Handle WhatsApp, email, and chatbot enquiries professionally

• Maintain student documentation and admission records

• Track and maintain student fee payment details

• Support and coordinate with tele-callers and sales team

• Participate in daily and monthly performance reviews

• Assist in interviews and student screening when required

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and counseling skills

• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic system handling

• Ability to manage multiple leads and databases

• Professional email and WhatsApp communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Language Requirement

• Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi (spoken & written)
