Data Entry Operator

Job Title: Data Entry Operator –

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support fleet operations by maintaining accurate records of vehicles, drivers, servicing, repairs, and daily activities. The role involves handling data from multiple sources including WhatsApp groups, field teams, and internal trackers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update daily fleet data in trackers (vehicle allocation, driver details, trips, etc.)
• Maintain servicing and repair logs for all vehicles
• Capture and update data from WhatsApp groups (service, repair, accidents)
• Track vehicle downtime, maintenance schedules, and service history
• Ensure all entries in Excel/Google Sheets are accurate and up to date
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management
• Coordinate with Driver Managers, Technicians, and Operations team for data validation
• Maintain proper documentation of vehicle-related records (RC, insurance, permits, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification:

• Intermediate / Graduate
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of fleet operations or logistics (preferred)
• Ability to handle large volumes of data from multiple sources
• Good communication skills for coordination with field teams

Preferred Skill's

• Experience in fleet, logistics, or transport industry
• Knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, etc.)
• Familiarity with GPS tracking tools or fleet management systems
• Experience handling WhatsApp-based operational data
