Job Responsibilities:

BANKING COLLECTIONS

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain company products/services clearly.

Generate leads and fix appointments.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain daily call reports and update CRM.

Handle customer queries politely.

Achieve daily Weekly Milestone and monthly targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English).

Basic computer knowledge.

Convincing and negotiation skills.
