About the Opportunity :

This is not a routine internship.

Ad Asthra is looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates who are eager to build a career in digital marketing through real-time execution, hands-on learning, and exposure to live client projects.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the team on content creation, social media management, digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and marketing execution across multiple client accounts.

This internship is designed for individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Supporting social media management and content publishing activities.
• Coordinating content creation, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Assisting with content research, caption writing, and content planning.
• Supporting execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Monitoring social media trends and identifying content opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams on client projects and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting audience engagement and community-building activities.
• Assisting in brand-building and promotional activities for multiple client accounts.

Candidate Requirements :

• Graduates (Any Degree).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and content creation.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and execution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and contribute.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Important Requirement :

As part of content creation, brand-building initiatives, and client campaign requirements, candidates must be comfortable participating in and appearing in social media content, including reels and videos, whenever required.
