Field Collection Executive role in Hyderabad and Telangana locations:

Field Collection ExecutiveJob RoleA Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to recover outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships while following legal and ethical recovery practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers in person for debt recovery and payment follow-up
• Negotiate repayment schedules and collect overdue amounts
• Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through mobile apps or reports
• Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related disputes professionally
• Follow company policies and legal compliance guidelines during collections
• Assist in asset recovery or legal escalation when required
• Eligibility CriteriaEducationSSC / Intermediate / Degree
• ExperienceExperience in collections, sales, field operations, or recovery preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Basic mobile app/reporting knowledge
• Additional RequirementsTwo-wheeler mandatory
• Valid driving license preferred
• DRA certification is an added advantage
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
