Field Collection Executive
Job Role: Field Collection Executive
Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to recover outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues.
- Collect and process payments in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Work towards achieving monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- Bike is mandatory for field visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate holders are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in collections, recovery, or field sales is preferred.
Salary:
- ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
