Job Description
We are hiring File Executives to manage and handle credit card loan recovery cases. The role involves contacting customers, following up on overdue payments, negotiating repayment options, and ensuring timely closure of assigned files. The candidate should be target-driven and comfortable handling customer interactions.
Handle assigned customer files/accounts for recovery
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues
Explain outstanding balances, penalties, and payment options
Negotiate and finalize repayment plans / settlements
Maintain daily call reports and recovery updates
Follow up regularly until payment is completed
Coordinate with field executives / team leaders when required
Update data in system/CRM accurately
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets
