Job Overview
We are looking for a driven Team Lead – Collections & Recovery to manage a team of collection executives and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. The role involves handling delinquent accounts, improving recovery performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of collection agents/executives
- Assign and monitor daily collection targets
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts
- Improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency
- Handle escalated/high-value recovery cases
- Maintain proper documentation and call records
- Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports (MIS)
