Job Summary:Paytm Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the roles of Loan Relationship Executive (LRE), Loan Relationship Officer (LRO), and Loan Relationship Manager (LRM) within its Lending business.
This is a field-based sales role involving direct customer interaction, promotion of loan products, and end-to-end support in loan processing. Candidates will be responsible for visiting customers in their assigned territories and driving loan closures.
- Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell Paytm loan and lending products to prospective customers
- Conduct field visits and meet customers in the assigned area (customer data will be provided by the company)
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan disbursals
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure regular follow-ups and closure of leads
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Role Requirements:Field sales role with regular customer visits
- Target achievement is mandatory
- Monthly targets vary depending on the role (LRE / LRO / LRM)
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Salary Package:LRE (Freshers): ₹26,000 per month
- LRO: ₹31,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- LRM: ₹36,000 – ₹47,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance incentives may be applicable
- Eligibility Criteria:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Loans, Lending, Banking, UPI, Telecom, or Field Sales is preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Must be comfortable with field work
- Work Location:Field role in nearby/local area
