Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications, collaborating with designers and marketing teams, and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
• Work on both front-end and back-end development
• Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional code
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Manage databases and server-side logic
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Work closely with the digital marketing team for SEO-friendly development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python
• Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control tools (Git)
• Understanding of web hosting, server management, and deployment
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO principles

Additional Requirements (AI & Modern Development Tools)

• Experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor and CodeX / AI code assistants
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development speed, debugging, and code optimization
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for development workflows
• Awareness of AI-assisted testing, documentation, and automation

• Experience in working with creative or digital agencies
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
