Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their style, space, and budget needs, while delivering exceptional service. You will also help maintain showroom appearance, meet sales goals, and stay up to date on product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and engage customers in a professional and approachable manner

* Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences

* Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and delivery options

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and store policies

* Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

* Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

* Assist with showroom setup, displays, and overall cleanliness

* Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

* Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams as needed

* Handle customer concerns or issues in a courteous and effective manner

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

* Previous retail or furniture sales experience (required)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong attention to detail and organization

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

* Basic computer proficiency and experience using POS systems

* Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
