Graphic Designer

This is a strictly Work from Office job. No freelancing. No Work from Home.

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: 1.80 - 3.60 LPA (Negotiable for right talent)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Candidate must be excellent with executing dynamic creative ideas into design layouts for static and dynamic websites, landing pages, microsites, flash headers, Banners, Mobile layouts. Must be responsible for conceptualization & web page designing.
• Proven track record in Logo Designing, Print Ads, Brochure Design, Packaging Design, Magazine Lay-outs, Space Branding. Development of illustrations & graphics with proven graphic designing experience.
• Well-versed with design software & technologies.
• Ensure final graphics & layouts are visually appealing and on-brand with various social media platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, esp. Photoshop, Adobe In-design, Microsoft Office and Illustrator. Applications and Know about Video Making & Editing skills is mandatory.
• Strong personality with excellent communication skills.
• Editing YouTube videos, video clips for use on social media platforms, inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Working autonomously and developing high-quality concepts with minimal instruction.
• Video creation using AI tools will be an added advantage

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Experience in editing videos for social media, YouTube etc.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
