Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities (approximately 80%), with additional responsibilities in HR operations, coordination with the location team on matters related to HR and administrative support.
The candidate should be able to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently while supporting day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities as required.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and hiring processes.
HR Operations & Coordination :
- Support HR operations including employee records management, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the location/site team on HR-related requirements and operational matters

- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal HR communications, and events.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as needed.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate with HR-related vendors such as payroll, insurance, and other service providers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and location teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR/recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
