Bizlo is a fast-growing B2B e-commerce marketplace connecting wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and retailers across India. We are building a technology-driven platform that simplifies wholesale buying and selling, starting with the mobile accessories category and expanding into other categories.
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive who can build high-performing teams and support the company's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Hire on Field Sales Executives
- Hire Tele Sales Executives
- Hire Operations Executives
- Hire Digital Marketing Executives
- Hire Content marketing executives
- Hire Customer Support Executives
- Hire Accounts & Finance Staff
- Hire Product & Technology Team Members
- Hire Interns whenever required
Recruitment Activities
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads
- Prepare and publish job advertisements
- Source candidates from job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct HR screening interviews
- Coordinate technical and final interviews
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Verify employment history and references
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets
- Release offer letters
- Coordinate joining formalities
- Ensure smooth onboarding
2. Recruitment Target
The HR Executive will be responsible for meeting monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.
Example monthly targets:
- 10–20 Sales Executives
- 2–5 Operations Staff
- 1–3 Marketing Professionals
- 1–2 Designers
- Other positions as required
3. Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities
- Collect all required documents
- Create employee files
- Coordinate induction programs
- Explain company policies
- Assist employees during onboarding
- Maintain onboarding checklists
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records
- Attendance management
- Leave management
- Probation tracking
- Confirmation process
- Exit formalities
- Full & Final Settlement coordination
- Maintain HR documentation
5. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Conduct monthly feedback sessions
- Resolve employee concerns
- Support managers in employee relations
- Improve employee retention
6. Performance Management
- Maintain employee performance records
- Coordinate monthly performance reviews
- Follow up with department managers
- Prepare HR reports
- Maintain KPI records
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee documentation
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- NDA
- Employment Agreements
- HR Policies
- Warning Letters
- Termination Letters
- Experience Letters
- Relieving Letters
8. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Open positions
- Positions closed
- Interview status
- Candidate pipeline
- Offer acceptance ratio
- Joining ratio
- Employee attrition
- Recruitment cost
- Time to hire
- Hiring source effectiveness
