Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Role Overview: As our HR Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations. You will support the full employee lifecycle—from the first "hello" during recruitment to the final "good luck" during offboarding. We are looking for a proactive professional who balances administrative excellence with a genuine passion for building a positive, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial culture-fit assessments.
- Onboarding & Integration: Lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure they feel welcomed and have the tools they need to succeed from Day 1.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns, fostering a transparent and supportive environment.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance/leave tracking, and assist in the preparation of monthly payroll.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the annual and semi-annual performance review cycles and help managers track professional development goals.
- Culture & Engagement: Organize team-building activities, internal events, and wellness initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities follow local labor laws and internal company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Recruitment. (Freshers Can Also Apply)
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and empathy.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday, BambooHR, or Zoho People.
- Organization: A "detail-oriented" mindset—you’re the type of person who catches a typo in a contract and never misses a deadline.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.(Any Graduation)
