Job Description: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Location: IDA Uppal
Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing / Food Industry)
Qualification: MBA/BBA in HR or Graduate with relevant experience
Role Objective
To manage and support HR functions in the Factory & Retail Outlets including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, attendance, and workforce management, ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Handle hiring for bakery staff (Helpers, Counter Sales, Branch Incharges)
Coordinate walk-ins and local hiring drives
Manage manpower planning for shifts and peak production periods
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Conduct joining formalities and induction for new employees
Maintain employee records, ID cards, and documentation
Ensure proper verification (Aadhar, bank details, etc.)
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance, Generation of daily attendance, shifts updation and overtime
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
Handle leave records and absenteeism tracking
4. Employee Relations
Address worker grievances and disciplinary issues
Maintain healthy shop-floor relations
Support engagement activities for workforce retention
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESI, PF, Factory Act)
Maintain registers and statutory records
Support audits and inspections
6. Training & Development
Assist in basic training for hygiene, safety, and SOPs
Coordinate skill development programs for bakery staff
7. HR Operations
Maintain HR MIS and reports
Support HR audits and documentation
Assist in policy implementation on the shop floor
Key Skills
Strong communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience in handling blue-collar workforce
Good coordination and problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems
