HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager for our two-wheeler automobile business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, especially hiring freshers through campus outreach programs. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with college management, coordinate job campaigns, and attract quality talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Plan and execute hiring strategies for dealership, sales, service, and support functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and training centers for fresher hiring.
• Reach out to college management, placement officers, and career cells to organize campus recruitment drives and job campaigns.
• Coordinate and conduct job fairs, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring events.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract young talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining process for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Support other HR activities such as employee engagement, attendance, and policy communication when required.
