About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Research Associate to support ongoing research and coordination activities.

Training and guidance will be provided for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Research job postings and market activity through online platforms
• Maintain organized records and research data
• Identify relevant company and contact information through public sources
• Support communication and coordination activities
• Track updates and maintain proper documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing requirements

Must-have Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in research, recruitment support, coordination, or similar roles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in:
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Internet research
• Professional platforms such as LinkedIn
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in US business hours (evening/night shift)
• Must be located within commutable distance to Hyderabad, Telangana
• Preferred SkillsExposure to recruitment, sourcing, or research-related activities
• Familiarity with online tools and professional communication
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a structured environment
