Job Description

HR Intern – Manufacturing Unit


We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Manufacturing Unit and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to plant HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain attendance and employee records
  • Assist in HR documentation and MIS reports
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Support plant HR operations and compliance activities


Requirements:

  • BBA(HR)/MBA/PGDM/MSW (HR) pursuing or recently completed
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work from manufacturing/plant location
  • Eagerness to learn industrial HR practices
