HR & Training Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR & Training Manager to recruit, onboard, and train employees for our retail stores.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about building strong retail teams and developing sales staff through continuous training and performance improvement.

• Key Responsibilities: Recruit store staff, store managers, and junior managers for retail outlets.
• Conduct interviews and hire suitable candidates for sales and operations roles.
• Manage complete employee onboarding process.
• Provide 7-day induction/onboarding training for all new employees.
• Conduct regular and recurring training sessions for store teams to improve:
• Sales skills
• Customer service
• Product knowledge
• Store discipline and SOPs
• Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
• Ensure staff are aligned with company culture and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with store managers to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Requirements:Experience in recruitment and employee training, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate sales teams.
• Good understanding of retail store operations.
