Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly driven MBA Inside Sales Executive who will handle lead conversion, student counseling, and revenue generation for our programs.

This role is not just calling — it’s about:

Understanding student needs

Guiding career decisions

Closing high-value enrollments

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle inbound leads from:

Website (Ziro.digital)

Workshops / Masterclasses

Referrals

Convert leads into demo bookings and enrollments

Maintain follow-ups using CRM

2. Student Counseling

Understand student background, goals, and challenges

Recommend the right program (Data Science, Full Stack, AI, etc.)

Build trust and guide them toward career decisions

3. Demo & Sales Process

Schedule and manage demo sessions

Explain:

Course structure

Ziro platform features

Placement support

Convert demo attendees into paid students

4. Revenue Ownership

Achieve monthly revenue targets

Track:

Demo-to-join ratio

Conversion rates

Work closely with team leads to improve performance

5. CRM & Reporting

Update lead status regularly:

New → Contacted → Interested → Demo → Converted

Maintain call logs, payment entries, follow-ups

Ensure zero lead leakage
