Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to plan and run marketing activities for our real estate projects. The main goal is to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales conversions.

• Key Responsibilities1. Lead GenerationPlan and run campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Generate high-quality leads for projects (plots, villas, apartments)
• Track and improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversions
• 2. Campaign ManagementHandle end-to-end campaign execution (ads, creatives, landing pages)
• Work with internal teams or agencies for ad creatives and content
• Optimize campaigns regularly for better performance
• 3. Site Visit & Sales SupportWork closely with sales team to increase site visits and bookings
• Plan offers, campaigns, and events to boost conversions
• 4. Branding & PromotionsBuild and maintain brand presence across digital platforms
• Manage social media pages and content
• Plan offline marketing like hoardings, events, and exhibitions
• 5. Market ResearchStudy competitor projects, pricing, and offers
• Identify new marketing opportunities and locations
• 6. CRM & Lead ManagementTrack leads in CRM tools
• Ensure proper follow-up and lead nurturing
• Share reports on lead quality and conversion
• Key Requirements5–10 years of experience in real estate marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
• Good understanding of real estate market and customer behavior
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Preferred SkillsExperience in plotting / villa / apartment projects
• Knowledge of CRM tools and analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
