Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join Tata AIA Life Insurance as Insurance Agents/Advisors in Hyderabad only. This is a purely incentive-based opportunity ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and financial planning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their financial needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Age: 30 years and above
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Prior sales/insurance experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)
Compensation: Purely Incentive-Based Earnings (No Fixed Salary)
